Under the aegis of National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization (NOTTO), Navjeevan – MFJCF (MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum) is pleased to announce its One Week Transplant Coordinators’ Training from September 18 -22, 2017 (Mon – Fri) in association with Fortis Organ Retrieval & Transplant (FORT) at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur.

The success of organ donation and transplantation depends upon good counseling and coordination by transplant coordinators. The Transplantation of Human Organs (Amendment) Act, 2011, has made the appointment of Transplant Coordinator mandatory before a hospital is registered as a transplant centre. This means there is a huge requirement of transplant coordinators in close to 400 transplant centres in the country.

In order to meet the growing demand for Transplant Coordinators, MOHAN Foundation has embarked upon training programmes to suit the needs of these healthcare professionals. We have conducted several training programmes in the country and trained 1530 transplant coordinators from December 2009 till date.

Sessions will be conducted by eminent speakers and experienced professionals of the medical fraternity including experience sharing by transplant coordinators who have made it happen!

We invite applications from doctors, nurses, social workers, patient coordinators, dialysis technicians, PR managers, hospital administrators, psychologists, sociologists and public health professionals to avail this unique opportunity.

Certificate of the training programme will be given to candidates who attend the entire programme, and have passed the written test, which will be conducted on the last day of the training programme.
